Retirement and senior living bring about changes and new choices to our previous routines. One of our goals is to help find appropriate resources in the community to deal with these changes such as health care, financial budgets, time management, new activities and new relationships. Our group provides a safe and supportive forum in which to share experiences, exchange informations, identify resources, inspire new choices and discuss alternatives to aid in these transitions.
