NEW! Virtual Aging Mastery Program
Weekly Friday mornings from 10-11 am for seven weeks, starting January 15
(Class dates: 1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26)

We are pleased to announce that we will be offering a virtual version of the Aging Mastery Program (AMP), in partnership with the National Council on Aging. AMP is a fun, innovative, and person-centered education program that empowers participants to embrace their gift of longevity by spending more time each day doing things that are good for themselves and for others. The program encourages mastery—developing sustainable behaviors across many dimensions that lead to improved health, stronger economic security, enhanced well-being, and increased societal participation. If you don’t have a computer, you can join the class via phone. The cost of this 7-week class is only $20/General Public, $10/Senior Services for South Sound Members.
Send an email to chris@SouthSoundSeniors.org or call 360.586.6181 ext. 114 for more information. If you cannot attend the Aging Mastery Program but would be interested in receiving an Aging Mastery Kit, which includes the Aging Mastery Playbook, exercise DVD’s, and other items to start your Aging Mastery journey, contact Chris Quimby, chris@SouthSoundSeniors.org or call 360.586.6181. The kits cost $5 each, which helps cover our postage.
