regimen designed for older adults to prevent falls and improve balance and mobility. Instructor

is based upon since 2019 throughout Olympia and Lacey. Exercises include a variety of
balance-oriented forms and therapeutic movements with variations for standing, chair-assisted,

classes are offered both live and for later viewing using YouTube which you can open directly
from your email. All classes are free/donations.
