Olympia Kitchen Assistant
The Senior Nutrition Program is seeking a half-time Olympia Kitchen Assistant to work Tuesday through Friday, 5 hours per day (approximately 9 am to 2 pm). The Kitchen Assistant and dishwasher assists in the preparation of meals and clean-up of meal sites for the Senior Nutrition Program (SNP). They are primarily responsible for doing the dishes and performing other cleaning and organizing duties as assigned. Download a complete job description, here.

Senior Nutrition Program Director
Senior Services for South Sound's Nutrition program serves over 120,000 meals to seniors a year! The Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) Director plans, directs, and ensures implementation of nutrition services to eligible adults in Mason and Thurston County. In this position, you will have full authority and responsibility to hire and supervise staff; and to evaluate services provided through the Senior Nutrition Program. Lacey Kitchen Assistant
The Senior Nutrition Program is hiring a kitchen assistant in Lacey to work each Tues, Wed, and Thurs, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Lacey kitchen is a well-oiled machine and the staff and volunteers who work there are fun and hard-working. We simply need more help to keep up with growth at this meal site.

Shelton/Belfair Assistant Site Manager
The Assistant Site Manager (ASM) is based in Shelton. The Senior Nutrition Program prepares meals daily to serve for Belfair seniors each Monday, Thursday, and Friday and for Shelton seniors each Tuesday and Wednesday. The ASM ensures that meals are tasty, nutritious, and of proper portion size. They maintain food safety standards in all areas of food preparation and service. They organize and oversee home-delivered meal deliveries for Belfair, and fill in for the Site Manager as needed.

Client Services Director
The Client Services Director has the opportunity to grow a vital arm of Senior Services for South Sound's outreach programs. This person will oversee and direct the Brighter Day Adult Day program, Care Connection, Transportation Program, Client Services, Inclusion Program, Home Share Program, Advocates and SHIBA. Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Gerontology or Human Services, MSW preferred. 5+ years experience working with seniors or related human services, case management and working with diverse senior populations and service providers.
