Join us for a Yoga Basics class 10-11 am on Tuesdays! This class will focus on the basic, foundational yoga postures that are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body moving with breath. Modifications for chair-based yoga are offered. Certified Yoga Instructor, Kelly Ziniewicz, will be leading the class.
The suggested donation is $5.00 per class; no one is turned away if unable to pay.
