About the Event

Whether you want to start your memoir, gain perspective on a life transition, or leave a legacy for your family, the Guided Autobiography technique is a creative, well-researched approach to writing, sharing and preserving your life stories. This six-week class includes tools and activities to recapture your memories and inspire your writing. Each week you’ll receive prompting questions to write two-pages at home on a particular theme of your life history. You’ll bring your writing to class the following week to share in a supportive group environment. No writing experience is necessary, just an openness to appreciate and share the unique life that is yours. General Public/Members: $120/$110   Six Sessions   *Limited to 8 students

Your Teacher: Pam Toal is a writer, coach, and certified Guided Autobiography facilitator.
