About the Event

Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better BalanceĀ® (TJQMBB) is a research-based balance training regimen designed for older adults to prevent falls and improve balance and mobility. Instructor Brian Weaver has been teaching this program along with the traditional Tai Ji and Qigong since 2019 throughout Olympia and Lacey. Exercises include a variety of balance-oriented forms and therapeutic movements with variations for standing, chair-assisted, and seated exercise. Coordinated breathing also strengthens the lungs and relaxes both the body and mind.

For more information, please contact Brian by email at bweaver4706@gmail.com. Online classes are offered both live and for later viewing using YouTube which you can open directly from your email.
