We have massive changes occurring on our planet, and the questions important to me are: Who are we? What are we doing here? How can we shape new ways of being despite the challenges confronting us? Remember that old song, “Standing on Shaky Ground?” Seems like our theme song lately!
This class will offer an opportunity to dive deeper, to reflect, process, and connect with one another, to feel more grounded and resilient no matter what life dishes out. We will use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or “tapping”) which calm stress biochemistry, increase awareness, and promote a sense of well-being. We will also explore ways of “going deeper” with poetry, a story, and walking in nature based on Lectio Divina, a contemplative practice with roots in ancient Judeo-Christian and far eastern traditions. General Public/Members: $68/$62 Six Sessions
