Open to beginners and experienced students, this course will continue the exploration of mindfulness and offer new exercises to help sharpen the mind and increase mental, emotional and physical wellness during the winter months, when rain, clouds and darkness can challenge our moods and behaviors–in the midst of a pandemic, no less! We’ll help cultivate positive mental states and focus more closely on how mindfulness can apply to our eating habits, body mechanics, screen-time (technology!) and seasonal stress-tolerance. Each session will include discussion of the scientific support for mindfulness, instruction in various mindful practices, guided meditation and time for sharing. General Public/Members: $88/$82 Eight Sessions
