Bring your sack meal or snack and join in a guided conversation with a nutritionist about numerous food topics. We will cover different nutritional areas over the month. Each class will be structured covering ideas for improved breakfasts, lunches and dinners, shopping efficiently and wisely, food pitfalls in everyday life and strategies for dealing with them, and eating for optimal physical, mental and spiritual well-being. We will gather around our (Zoom) tables to strategize on ways to move ahead. Come with your questions, concerns and willingness to learn.

Your Teacher: Mary Ellen Psaltis, B.Ph., is a Certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant and a Senior Nutrition Specialist. She is a thoughtful omnivore with concerns about the quality of her brain, body, and the planet. Mary Ellen teaches nutrition and lifestyle choices to dental professionals in the U.S. and Canada, and other parts of the world. She is a long-time writer for Thurston Talk and loves her daily yoga practice. COVID-19 challenges our mental and physical health. She promotes open conversations, healthy, realistic eating and gratefully living.
