Senior Services for South Sound Operates two retail stores to raise funds for our programs that benefit the south sound senior community.
The Estate Store, an antique thrift Store, features clean lightly-used thrift and antique furniture, dishware, household décor, and jewelry. We are well-known for our unique donated collections of home furnishings. Whether you are looking for a new chair, a dining room table, or plates, cups, and lamps, The Estate Store is sure to have it in stock. With new items coming in every day, you'll want to stop in often to browse our newest inventory!
Budd Bay Bargains is a one-of-a-kind thrift store featuring some of the best clothing deals in town. Clothing ranges from upscale designer brands to store-brand clothing for all ages. The store also has a great collection of jewelry, shoes, purses, accessories, and items for the home at a fraction of retail price. Our dollar rack in front of the store is a hotspot for students and seniors alike!
When you shop at The Estate Store and Budd Bay Bargains, you will leave knowing that you are not only keeping items out of the landfill, but also that proceeds from your purchases go to fund vital programs for seniors like Meals On Wheels, the Stars Adult Day Program, and the Senior Transportation Program.
You can donate items at either store location during business hours. We also provide donation pick-up in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and other surrounding areas. Call The Estate Store at 360.515.0965 or email donations@SouthSoundSeniors.org to see when we can pick up your new or gently used items.
We couldn’t operate these stores without the help of many dedicated volunteers. Volunteers are asked to commit to one shift a week for at least 3-4 hours a shift. If you are interested in learning more about how you can volunteer, call Isaac at 360.586.6181, ext. 108 or volunteer@SouthSoundSeniors.org.
