Meeker Mansion & Seymour Botanical Conservatory
Wednesday, December 5, 2018
Pamper yourself in Victorian style! We start with an English tea while viewing the Meeker Mansion, fully decorated for Christmas. Tea with breads, fruit and finger sandwiches are served in the Puyallup mansion built in 1886 by pioneers Ezra and Eliza Meeker. A guided tour of the house follows. It’s then off to the Seymour Botanical Conservatory in Tacoma. The conservatory is one of only three Victorian-style conservatories on the West Coast. During our guided tour, we’ll see the Conservatory transformed into a glittering snow globe and view the grand floral exhibits of a “Festive Victorian Holiday.”
