Saturday, October 28, 2017
Superstar violinist, Andre Rieu, 67, has sold 40 million CDs worldwide, and his tours, featuring popular favorites like “The Blue Danube” waltz and the theme from “The Godfather,” have outsold Janet Jackson and Fleetwood Mac according to Billboard. The minute you set foot in the auditorium you know it will be a concert like no other. Huge panoramic backdrop and sidescreens provide spectacular visuals that match the grandeur of the music. Female musicians are dressed up in pastel petticoats, stage sets include life-size ballrooms and ice rinks, thousands of balloons, and lighting effects that bring to mind magical sunsets. Rieu will performs about 100 concerts annually with his 55 piece Johann Strauss Orceshtra. We’ve secured good seats for your chance to see him at the Tacoma Dome.
