Take Action On This Event

About the Event

Who can resist the scent of lavender on a summer day? The lavender fields in Sequim boast over fifty varieties of the beloved herb. The colors will dazzle photographers from beginners to pros. You’ll have a chance to roam the city-wide festival packed with over a hundred vendor booths offering everything lavender, artisan made jewelry, handcrafts, and a wide variety of artwork.  Enjoy the best of Pacific Northwest cuisine at one of the many food vendors, and take in some music at the Main Stage. Of course, we’ll also visit a lavender farm, and this year we are adding Troll Haven to our tour. Troll Haven is magical, mystical sanctuary created for families, friends and especially for children.  This privately owned estate occupies 200 acres along Discovery Bay between Sequim and Port Townsend. This gem is normally closed to the public but is part of the festival this year and will round out our “purple adventure.”  Includes transportation, snack and admission to the farm. Lunch on your own.

Bus Leaves Lacey at 8:00 am, Olympia at 8:30 am.
Approximate return 7:00 pm.
