This class is a hands-on experience. Learn how to relax and alleviate discomforts of body and mind. Jin Shin Jyutsu is a simple form of energy work that is based on the use of 26 pairs of points (safety energy locks) along various energy pathways in the body. When a pathway becomes congested, energy stagnates and creates discomfort. Learn how to gently hold these points to release discomfort, to relax, and to be happier and healthier. To learn more, you may want to read “The Touch of Healing” by Alice Burmeister. Limit: 12 students. To register and pay, call 360.586.6181. General Public/Members: $68/$62
