The students will create their own Mandala using different textures and with a complete understanding of the way colors work inside their mind and how the presence of the right colors will help them to improve their day. Painting Mandalas is an Active Meditation, which will bring an extraordinary benefit to the one who practices it. It activates the powers of the mind and has a calming and relaxing effect on the mind and body, playing a healing role to improve your health. To register and pay, call 360.586.6181. Kasara’s art work has been successfully exhibited in several local and international art walks and exhibitions. She has been intensely working on Mandala Art since 2010, teaching and using the magnificent meaning and power of color as Art Therapy. Kasara has taken several intensive seminars and workshops with international art teachers for the past eight years. As well as, more than 30 years of studying and practicing Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism, active meditation, and breathing techniques.
