This flexible, learner-centered nutrition curriculum is developed to assist low-income adults make the most of their grocery buying habits. Eileen Grisby is the SNAP-Ed Coordinator for the Thurston County Food Bank. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health and focused her studies on community nutrition and food access. Claudia Abramson has been a professional SNAP educator, and has participated in multiple SNAP training seminars and conferences.
